Opening Special

The $99 Opening Special applies to a standard ear assessment and wax removal appointment. A pensioner rate of $89 is available with a valid concession card. This offer is valid for your first appointment with Coastal Ear Clean and is available until 28 February 2026. If no wax removal is required after assessment, no fee will be charged. The offer cannot be transferred, combined with other promotions, or redeemed for cash. Appointments are subject to availability, and our standard clinic policies, including cancellation terms, still apply. Coastal Ear Clean may update or withdraw this offer at any time.

Services

Coastal Ear Clean provides professional ear wax removal via micro-suction, performed by qualified healthcare professionals.


All services are offered in accordance with Australian health regulations and professional standards.

Please note that:

  • Treatment will only be performed if clinically indicated after assessment.

  • Results may vary depending on your individual ear health and wax build-up.

  • If ear wax removal or treatment is not indicated, a consultation fee may still apply. 

  • Micro-suction is generally a gentle and effective procedure, but as with any healthcare treatment, there are some risks. These may include temporary discomfort, dizziness, ringing in the ears, minor bleeding, or a perforated eardrum, although these are uncommon.

  • Our staff will always explain the process and obtain consent before treatment.

Appointments and Bookings

You can make appointments through our website, by phone, or in person. You will receive confirmation via SMS or email once your booking is secured.
By booking, you agree to provide accurate personal and contact information.

By booking an appointment with Coastal Ear Clean, you agree to our Cancellation Policy, which outlines our request for 24 hours notice and the conditions under which fees may be applied.

Payments

Payment for services is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.
We accept common payment methods including EFTPOS and credit/debit card.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient.

Please be aware that ongoing missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may result in requiring full payment of your appointment before your next booking can be confirmed.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

  • are non-refundable

  • cannot be redeemed for cash

  • if microsuction is not clinically indicated, the voucher will cover the consultation fee and any remaining balance can be redeemed on product purchases

  • must be presented at the time of redemption

Products and Returns

Due to hygiene and health regulations, products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We may decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or clinically inappropriate to proceed. In this case, we may recommend that you see your GP, who can assess and arrange referral to an ENT specialist if required.
