Standard appointment for return patients
If we recommend a short-term follow-up (within 6 weeks), the fee is $70
If ear wax removal is not required, there is a $50 ear assessment fee. This covers the appointment time, as well as use and cleaning of equipment.

Our fees cover assessment and cleaning of both ears. If all wax cannot be safely removed at your initial appointment, there is no charge to return for a completion appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient.
Please be aware that ongoing missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may result in requiring full payment of your appointment before your next booking can be confirmed.
